great for the money my husband actually purchased this and it does everything he needed it to do. it was easy to install and shipping was fast. the gloves that come with it though are not real boxing gloves its more like something you would give to a little kid. he did have to purchase new gloves but other than that excellent purchase! 02/08/2012
Great heavy bag. This is a great heavy bag for anyone 145-185. It's harder in some spots more than others, but overall it's great and you can barely tell the difference. The gloves that come with it are terrible so you'll need to get some, personally preferably boxing gloves 02/09/2011
Decent for the money The bag is nice, but the hardware is cheap. I broke a hook day one (and I'm a first timer). The gloves that come with this are garbage. The jumprope is ok. Overall, if you have the money, spend a little more on a nicer one, and go with 100lbs. This 80lb bag moves a lot, and again, I'm a beginner, although 200lbs and strong. 12/04/2010
