We bought it online to be sent to my parents' house so that when we flew to visit them we wouldn't have to fly with our huge car seat. We ended up bringing this one back with us at the end of the trip because we like it so much better than our bigger/more expensive one. My 20-month-old daughter was extremely comfortable in it. We used it for a several day road trip while on vacation and she was snug as a bug in a rug! Some of the things we love about it:-It's narrower than our other car seat and two adults could still fit in the backseat while it was installed.-It's great in the airport and on planes! Because it's a little lighter than our other car seat, it was easy to strap onto a rolling dolly to pull through the airport. It just fit into the metal detector at airport security (just flip the plastic part of the base back as if you're going to use it rear-facing) so it was a breeze to get through security with. We flew on Southwest and the car seat fit wonderfully in the plane seat. I wasn't able to put my armrest down next to her, but that's ok. I was worried about her being able to kick the seat in front of her (don't we all hate having our seats kicked by little kids for hours on flights?) but the car seat didn't push her that far forward and she couldn't even reach the seat back in front of her. In fact, I was able to put the tray table down for her to put her coloring book on!-You really can't beat the price for such a comfortable and versatile car seat.-It's really easy to adjust the tightness of the straps. Our other car seat was so hard to adjust because the weight of our daughter (she's only 23 pounds!) pressed down on the strap that you pull between the legs and made it impossible to tighten. We've never had that problem with this car seat, which is so great when your child is asleep and you don't want to wake them up putting them in/taking them out of the car seat.The one thing we didn't like about it is the cupholder. It's pretty much useless. The plastic is so flimsy that if you put a full sippy cup in it, it just falls over. So we ended up buying a clip on cup/snack tray that fits nicely on the side.In all, I cannot more highly recommend this car seat! 10/03/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kayla14 Pleased We got this product to be rear faceing for our seven month old. At the rear facing position it still tilts back which I really like. The head cushion did not work for us cause he was already to tall (it can only be used to a certain height which is pretty small) and he is almost to big for the bottom cushion to which is one of the reasons i picked this one, but we are still pleased with carseat. I believe that it would work well with even smaller babies because of the cushions. It is easy to adjust harness. And believe we will be very please with this still when he gets turned around on his first birthday. Seems durable. 04/05/2012
