Rated 5 out of 5★ by PKHawk Best yogurt I used to have milk goats, and wanted to make my yogurt from powdered goat's milk, even though using goat milk is more expensive than cows milk. I have developed a sensitivity to cows milk, so have been getting my goat milk in powdered form.I made my first batch of yogurt using powdered goats milk, and it was so mild and light, with an obviously smaller curd than I was getting from any yogurt I have eaten made with cows milk. I actually look forward to running low, so I can make more of the delicious goat milk yogurt now with my new yogurt maker.I always plan on a full ten hours for my yogurt, because I like the consistency I get with that time. You just set the dial to the time that you plan to shut off your yogurt makes and voila, it's ready for topping off with the lid, and storing in the "fridge" until you are ready to eat as is, or adding anything fro fruit, to dehydrated veggies for making a dip. 11/22/2010
Rated 5 out of 5 Eurocuisine yogurt maker I loved it at the as soon as it was shipped to my house. It perfectly fits my counter and looks cute. The jars are very firm even though I accidentally dropped one. The instruction book shows you very detail how to use the product and how to make different flavor of yogurt. It turns out so easy to make homemade yogurt for the family with our favorite flavor. I would strongly recommend people to get this. It would make our life easier. I tried to make yogurt traditionally put incubate the jars in warm water but never succeeded. With this machine, everything has been done perfectly. 03/14/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by HennaNatural Thrifty Country Living Thrifty can often translate to healthy. You can use whole milk, low fat milk or skim milk. I reduce the amount of sugar or substitute honey in recipes. Delicious! Organic berries are a great addition. This is easy to use and I've had it for over a year. I think we will invest in extra jars soon, so we never run out of fresh yogurt. 04/18/2012

Rated 5 out of 5★ by Porkchoop The Best for a beginner and I love it. I made the mistake of using vanilla yogurt instead of plain. I used almond milk instead of organic/pasterized milk. I did a 2nd batch and let my milk boil and then cooled to 95 Farenheit. I took 3/4 of yogurt and put some of the cooled milk in the yogurt until it thinned out. I added the rest of the milk and filled the jars. (The Jars hold 5 1/2 Cup)=( 42oz). I let it set for 12hours. instructions said 8 hours. I was busy but it had already set. After setting, I put in the refrigerator just to cool. I used maple syrup to sweeten with vanilla. I used strawberry preserved for strawberry, Blueberry, sugar and lemon for blueberry. and pear preserve for pears. Very yummy. When I tell you it taste like store bought but better and fresh. believe me!. I let my hubby and kids taste and they love it. very fulling. I bought this on sale for $25 and I love it. With the tops, you have to screw on tight. afterwards I didn't have any problems. 12/09/2013
