This vaccuum is second to none in cleaning the carpet however, the electric cord should be longer. The real down fall is that it's heavy and very very hard to push around on plush carpet. If one can put up with the work out it will definetly build up your arms. I used it twice and returned it. 03/14/2012
very good product. This is a very good product. it cleans well. you can use it on any floor.but the problem is.. there is tool to clean small areas which is attached to this vacuum. since its a short and when you clean the room it will touch the floor. which is inconvinent. 02/03/2012
