needs a little work Once assembled the chair works fine. The assembly instructions left something to be desired, given that the instructions did not belong to the chair I bought. Also I made a mistake and set the chair up to be too tall, and was unable to take it apart and put it back together in the shorter configuration. In consequence, it is now being used a work bench stool. 07/09/2009
Good Chair... Awful Directions Good chair for the money. Would have been nice if there was more written on the directions besides "FRONT" (they literally are all pictograms). If you buy this chair please note, there are two very similar pieces, you use one or the other, NOT BOTH.Other then that pretty easy to put together and is comfortable. I'm 5'10" and I work at a table so I needed a taller chair. 10/14/2011
Nice chair Nice task chair. I will use it in my jewelry making shop. Would have helped if they said to only use one of the tubes for a taller or shorter chair. I started with both tubes and you would need to be 7 or 8 feet tall for that. They were not easy to get apart. I used the tall tube and it is just right for my high work bench. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 since the directions were not great and it might not be as sturdy as a more expensive one. 02/20/2011
