Good Product It was not available in our local WalMart. Found it online with no shipping charge. We used to use Nasal-4 but couldn't find it at all so decided to give this a try! Glad we did! It seems to be the same as the old Nasal-4! 05/11/2011

A great substitute/money saver Walmart brand nosedrops mimic 4-way, Afrin and 12 hour. All work the same as the expensive brands and save a substantial amount of money too! Walmart charges approx. $2.48 where the others start at $4.98 and UP! 06/20/2011
Good product, never at the stores At Madison, WI I looked for this product at 2 Walmarts (East and South) for 1 year. Was in stock 1 time in one year. As the Walmarts here generallty have multiple empty spots on the shelves due to poor ordering and reordering, I will buy it online. For some reason Walmart loves to sell an item out and never reorder it. use this for allergies and cannot waste time at Walmart when 90% of what I want is empty on the shelves. 02/11/2012
