Works Effectively - Use it only if you have to.. I have been using this brand for quite some time now. I strongly suggest you only use it if you have to. My body's used to it so I can't sleep well without it but I'm weening myself away from it :) It starts working about 1.5 - 2hrs after I take it so for first time users, it will most likely work in a shorter time, depending on the individual. When I take it about 8hrs or so before I have to wake up, I wake up feeling fine but if I take it only a few hours before I have to wake up, I wake up feeling groggy. This is the maximum strength and is the most inexpensive brand so I recommend it instead of other expensive brands. 08/21/2011
Great value The same dosage as Unisom. Even the same amount per bottle but at a much better price. They work just the same, perhaps even a little better. Try it! 05/11/2011
not as good as 25 mgs For me two 25 mgs worked great. So, why does a single 50 mg in the maximum dose work so poorly. Nothing else has changed for me and I can't help feeling that there is some basic change to this product that makes the 50 mg less effective. 11/02/2010
