Rated 1 out of 5 by RollTideAndProud Excruciating Pain Along the lines of my gums were literally white spots where the gel of the product damaged it. I tolerated the pain for a full 25min and did not notice any improvements in shade. Maybe I'll try and bear the rest of the pain later in the day but so far no good! Do not buy if you aren't pain tolerant.I don't even come on line to post reviews and I'm doing it now, thats how bad this product is. I'll stick to the crest strips which I've had success with in the past. 05/02/2012

I don't think it was a fair evaluation by the other customer who rated it poorly just because their gums were sensitive. Everyone is different and the product doesn't do that to every single person. 03/28/2012
