Not good at all I would not recomend this for anyone. I can't even go through the next week! It's 12 capsules a day that are the size of horse pills. You have to drink 64 ouces of water a day. The first week was very hard so I am not going through with the rest. 02/14/2010
was gentle and worked great Some cleanses are harsh on me and I end up on the toilet all the time. This was gentle yet effective. Would definitely recommend. Can't say I lost a ton of weight but a few pounds. The best result was I felt better afterwards. 03/07/2012
