The Environmental Fiber-Lok Rug Backing is a durable solution which helps to keep your rugs in place. The environmental rug backing is made of natural latex, water and ammonia. It also minimizes the problem of slipping and skidding. It is an ideal choice for latch-hook or punch-needle rug or any wall hanging. You can use your old rugs for a longer time with the help of this latex rug backing. Just a thin coating of non-skid rug backing is applied with the help of a paint brush to increase the durability of the rugs. It can be easily machine washed with the combination of soap and water and gets dried quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by YourTexasFriend Does a great job I have a few throw rugs in my kitchen that have no backing and move about. Plus, with each wash a few more strands of yarn unravel. I looked high and low for this product. I had used something similar years ago. It says it will cover 15 sf. with 2 coats. I barely got 2 small throw rugs covered with one coat. So I ordered more, I have 2 more rugs to go. Actually, I found one coat seems to work just fine, but will add a second coat anyway. Now they stay in place and no more loose yarn. YEA! 05/08/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by CPAmama Rug Saver! I've been using this product for 25+ years and still have most of my original throw rugs! This is a product that DuPont doesn't want you to know about. I recommend painting over the white backing of every new throw rug you buy. Years later, when that white backing separates from the rug, you can carefully rip that off and repaint again with Fiber-Lok. 05/11/2011
