Disappointment Either a part - namely a shield - was missing or this product was far too harsh on my skin for use. Product was, in fact, returned. 06/25/2008
a little rough Just as you would expect, this product pulls the hair out. I found that it was rough on the skin. I thought I could handle it but I was wrong. 09/08/2009
Average chinsy product Its ok...not much power. It does hurt, but I find it doesn't hurt as much if I hold it closer to the skin. Hold it at a distance, and the pain increases 10 fold. Not good for thicker or problem hair, and goes through batteries rather quick. This really is just good for travel or for keeping in the car for the "Ooopsie, forgot to use the tweezer" moments. 08/13/2009
EEK! I've got one word for this product: OUCH! It was SO painful, and I do own one other epilator, so I can compare. Why it hurt as much as it did, I can't explain.It's also very, very noisy for its size, and eats the batteries very quickly. I also thought it was a little awkward to hold because it's so long.I returned it. 09/25/2008
