Buying another one today ! I bought this microwave about a year ago for my ice cream shop and it works great ! We only use it to heat brownies, sauces etc. but it gets used regularly, 7 days/week and no problems whatsoever. I chose this particular model because of the door handle. I hate the push button openers ! And the stainless steel finish makes it look very professional. Our home microwave died a few months ago, so we replaced it with another one of these. We cook popcorn, baked potatoes, frozen vegies, thaw meats and heat our coffee in this little guy. So far...no complaints. It also gets used on a daily basis and works great ! Now....we've expanded our store to include pizza & subs...so I am purchasing a THIRD one today ! 04/23/2012

Not worth the money. Don't waste your cash. It might seem economical, but it's not. Within 3 weeks of purchase, the plastic on the buttons bubbles/peels and you can't tell what button you're pushing.We were willing to deal with that, but last night I went to melt chocolate in a anchor hocking plastic bowl that specifically says "FOR MICROWAVE OVENS" and pushed the start button for a 30 second timer. At 22 seconds remaining, I heard sizzling and a pop, and I looked over to see sparks dancing throughout the microwave. Panicked, I jabbed stop and grasped the cord and pulled it out of the wall, calling to my husband and waking him out of a sound sleep. Close inspection showed no signs of damage to either microwave or bowl, so he plugged it back in, pushed the button, and in 7 seconds, it did it again. We turned it off again, but, as before, no damage. He did it again, and the 3rd time it ran through the entire cycle with no problem. Same with the fourth. By that time, the chocolate was melted, but it was not hot. I won't use it again. 02/15/2012
As good as any other microwave. Pro's: Not bad for the price, a little cheep looking even with the Stainless Steel Front Finish but not as cheep as other in it's price range and size. Con's: It is rather loud when it is in use and the "beep" when it finishes is very loud as well.It does what it says it will do. I did not rate durability - I'll let you know after 6 months. 02/03/2012
