Do not buy, choose a better product! I put this item on my wedding registry because I wanted something reasonably price but still looked nice. I had this product since the end of Dec 2011 and it stopped working today. It does not warm the food at all. I have not had the product for two months yet! Someone else bought it for me so I do not have the necessary proof of purchase to return. Next time I will spend more money for a better product. 02/09/2012
Terrible This oven lasted for 32 days with light usage. Now it takes three minutes to make a half a cup of coffee lukewarm. I am returning it and am going to try a Panasonic. More money but lugging these ovens back and forth to the store is not worth my trouble. 02/03/2012
I bought this microwave for my very small kitchen, it is the perfect size and works great. I would recommend it for anyone with little space. I also bought a Black & Decker mixer that is wonderful. It has everything I need plus it comes in it's own storage case that is great for storing it. 12/25/2011
Died in less than 24 hours I bought this yesterday, used it approx 3 times for less than a minuet to heat baby food and the thing completely died. Thank goodness I hadn't donated my old one yet. It is a 30 year old Kenmore that still works but is huge. We bought the emerson to save space. Truely a complete piece of JUNK! Will be contacting Emerson! 12/18/2011
