Rated 1 out of 5 by KristineinUtah this stuff is yucky This does not taste good at all. It is fizzy and tastes nasty. You can't even plug your nose and drink this because of the fizziness. I took one swallow and thought I was going to puke. It is like alka-selzer but I dont think that is as bad tasting. It is going in the garbage, there is no way I could drink this. 10/24/2009

Used 4 packets, in 2 days baby back to running around and eating. Fantastic stuff. I took one too and I'm feeling great.
