yuck! I swear by air borne! Since my family and i have been taking it, we haven't been sick all year. Other than my 10 year old son, who says it taste bad( which it don't it taste like sweet tarts) so my dr told me about Emergen-C and said they have lots of flavors to choose from. My son loves pink lemonade so figured this was a winner. It is yucky! My son wouldn't drink it so i gave it a try wow, i couldn't even drink it. We found the lemon-lime are borne, taste like sprite he loves it! I will be throwing this away! 04/16/2012
