Piece of Junk I brought this MP3 player for my son for Christmas and it stopped working the very next day. Needless to say, I returned the product to Walmart. I wished I would have read the reviews on this product first. A lot of people have stated that this product does not last long. 12/27/2011
Pitiful This device was very disappointing! My mother bought this for my daughter for christmas. She could only get one radio station and we could not get any song's from my computer downloaded on the thing. When I plugged it up to the computer the second time to try and download song's again it froze and now it will not turn off. I am returning this product and will never buy anything from this company again! 12/25/2011
Software does not work My daughter really liked this as a Christmas present. The video and pictures are decent for an 8 year old. My only problem with this product is that there was no manual and the software did not work on any of my computers. I kept getting an error with no explanation. I have the most up to date DivX, even ran it for XP platform, reinstalled it, but nothing I tried worked. I went to their website, but you can't download anything there either. No drivers or anything. And on top of that, everything is poorly translated. Horrible grammer and spelling, so it makes it harder to figure out what's going on. Luckily, I didn't need to convert the files as they would play on my computer anyway. Plus, the stylus broke on the first day, and the touchscreen is annoying because you have to either hit it hard or use your finger nail. Disappointed in this product, but at least my kid likes it. I would not buy it for myself or anyone else. 12/25/2011
