"Wild in the Country": Possibly the sexiest of all of The King's movies, this film finds Elvis playing a backwoods delinquent blessed with great literary talents with Millie Perkins as his childhood sweetheart. "Clambake": Vying for the attentions of the lovely Shelley Fabares, Elvis finds himself caught up in a rivalry with playboy Bill Bixby "against a tuneful background of comedy, romance and speedboat racing" (Film Daily)! "Frankie and Johnny": Presley is Johnny, a riverboat singer whose life, according to girlfriend and singing partner Frankie (Donna Douglas), has become "one great big roulette wheel." "Follow That Dream": When his scheming pop decides to "homestead" the family on a public beach, Toby Kwimper (Presley) digs the exotic setting but hates the attention he is suddenly receiving. Though he just wants to play his guitar, Toby finds himself up to his baby blues in trouble with government bureaucrats, crime bosses and even two smitten "kittens" - an adopted little sister who feels more than sisterly love for him and a social worker with more than his welfare on her mind! "Kid Galahad": Immortal heartthrob Elvis Presley stars as Walter Gulick, an ex-G.I. who returns to his rustic hometown in upstate New York looking for work as an auto mechanic. Ambitious but naive, he's reluctantly roped into becoming a boxer by dubious manager-turned-innkeeper Willy Grogan. With his loyal trainer Lew Nyack (screen legend Charles Bronson) at his side, the iron-jawed, anvil-fisted Elvis quickly becomes the top-drawing champion "Kid Galahad".
