Dries clear, as described. Glue isn't permanent, though. Sometimes the glued items fall off.

These glue sticks melt great and really stick your materials together well. I took one star off because they give off a really toxic smell. I would use these in a very well ventilated space or wear a mask while using if you are going to be gluing a large project.
