Horrible I just received this in the mail today only to find that there was a piece of the machine that was broke. I was willing to get past the small broken piece until I saw that I was missing an entire pedal. Now I have to go through the process of disassembling the machine once again. Which has become a hassle since some of the pieces are so heavily greased that it makes it almost impossible to unscrew. I do not recommend this machine at all. Save your money and time. 01/18/2012
Good for the price I didn't want to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on and elliptical that I wasn't sure I would like using. I thought this would be a great "starter" machine for me and if I like it and use it regularly I will buy a fancier one after this one stops working. I do like it. It doesn't take up too much space. It is quite a good work out as I can feel it burning rather quickly. It is a lot more fun than a treadmill and a much better work out for the time invested. I put it in front of the TV and use it while watching. It is quiet enough that I can still hear the show, which makes working out more enjoyable for me. My only complaint about this is that the electronic monitor does not work. It never worked with mine. Maybe it is only the one I purchased, but it is disappointing to buy something brand new and not have it work. Overall, for the price and comparing to other much more expensive machines, this is a very good deal. 01/17/2012
This is a great piece of equipment for begginers. Instead of spending $500-$2000 on a piece of equipment you may use for a month a so, it's a great investment. I would use this ellipitical first as a precuser to buying a more exspensive one. 01/08/2012
