Really great simple CD/AM-FM unit! Looks every bit as good as AD picture. Real wood construction, actual cloth covers over speakers. Really does look like a vintage radio. CD player works great arm securely holds CD in place. Sound quality is exellent for a smaller compact unit. The only thing wrong is the control buttons would be greatly improved if they were backlit.I'm completely surprised with the radio. The front dial lights up nicely. The control knobs on the front are sensitive so you don't want to turn them fast or hard. I live 25 to 30 miles from the nearest radio station. Even with the small FM antenna I am able to pick up 30 FM stations. Pretty much unheard of in my area without a fancy exterior FM antenna. AM stations don't come in very well. Overall this is a great product I'm thourghly pleased. To me it was well worth the money. Just remember you're not getting a $300 or $400 fancy sterio unit. Just a good basic peice that looks & sounds great. 02/15/2012
