Easy to use Used to slice a 5lb roast I cooked. Did need to cut roast in half to fit on slicer.Very easy to use. Easy to dial the right thickness for sandwiches. Clean up was a breeze. Able to clean all parts to my sadisfaction. 01/08/2008

The meat slicer did not meet my expectaions.The thickness control will not maintain uniform sliceses,you must keep adjusting it after makeing 3 or 4 passes. I have repacked the machine and plan on returning it to my local walmart. 02/20/2012
