Broken The fireplace came earlier than expected, but when I opened the box the mantle was broken. I knew I had to take it back, but I still took it out of the box and set up to see if I really wanted to reorder. The faux stone is nice, the mantle is not wood which some may not like. The flame was actually one of the worse I've seen for an electric fireplace. My husband says it looks cheap, I didn't mind the look I knew it could be dressed up, but it is very small. In the end I did not reorder and I think the wooden fireplaces look nicer. 11/04/2011
Purchased this online and had shipped to store shipping was fast. Kinda heavy but nothing to put together. Put up in minutes and heats up a fairly large room. only thing we didn't like is it doesn't have a remote so you have to manually turn on and off and adjust everything. 11/18/2011
Disappointing I ordered this particular fireplace strictly for the color, and was sorely disappointed. The mantle is not black nor are the bricks primarily grey as it looks in the picture. The dark brown mantle is not wood either. I am keeping it mainly because it is too heavy for me to return by myself and only because I believe I can paint the mantle and bottom and have it match my decor. This is my first electric fireplace so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I feel it puts out very nice heat and creates the ambiance that I was expecting. 11/15/2011
Beautiful We love this fireplace. It is beautiful,very good quality. The stone looks so real. Only thing we would have liked was a remote with it. 11/16/2011
