The price was good, BUT I purchased the block out light, black drapes for a room with lots of windows. 24 panels in all. Put them in the dryer to take out the wrinkles per stated on the package. Found the panels were not all EVEN when hung. The packaging stated 84 inches, that is what I expected. So all 24 panels went thru the dryer and hung. Not all were even. Biggest problem, next day when into the room and some panels let light in and some did not. Spent the next 3 months stopping at all the Wal Marts along my route and purchased this same panel. (Max. panels available at a store, at a time were 6 packages). Went home hung them up and checked them the next morning. After going thru over 60 additional panels I finally ended up with all the panels that block out light. I live in a small town so therefore my Wal Mart ended up with an additional 50 panels of that style. A factory probably got the contract to make these and then they cheapened the process in making them. We are remodeling, the next set of drapes will not come from Wal Mart. It's not worth the hassle. 01/01/2012
Heat Relief!!! I found these in store for $14.97 for the 42X84 size. I have sliding glass patio doors that face west and the heat that comes through despite vertical blinds has been absolutely unbearable this summer! Love the fact that these had grommets that allowed for easy hanging and sliding for going in and out. Upon putting these up it was INSTANT relief from the sun and heat and my only regret is not having found these curtains sooner. These aren't the most beautiful or luxurious curtains out there, but they look fine and for the price and purpose I am more than satisfied!! Would definitely recommend. 07/26/2011
Two panels not as thick.... I bought four panels of the brown and two panels where not as thick as the other two. However I still like the curtains and they do block out a lot of the afternoon sun! I plan on buying the linen color next to match my new paint color for the kitchen. When my friend and sister saw the curtains and I said I got them at Wal-Mart, they were very surprised. 07/24/2011
very nice These are perfect for my room and small window in the master bedroom. The color in the photo is much lighter than they are in person, which was fine for us because I wanted them darker. They are closer to a Taupe color than the linen color shown in the photo. If you can see them at your local store, you may want to do that first. I like the Taupe darker look, makes them look richer.. 02/29/2012
