    Does what it says What I wanted: Energy-efficient heat blocking, and thorough light blocking.What I got: exactly that.I have seen 'prettier' curtains, but this is unobtrusive cost savings at it's best. If you don't have the best triple-paned thermal windows, you will notice a change as soon as these are in place for a few hours. No more cold drafts at ankle level, no more extraneous light if you try to work at the wrong part of the day, and even decent sound-muffling when the neighbor's kids are playing.I've bought these curtains before, and will again. 11/20/2010
    Very happy, especially considering the price Previous reviewers were unhappy with the folds in the draperies, even after drying in the dryer. I figured out this:1. Make sure the towel with it is very wet. Slightly damp isn't going to cut it. Saturate it and squeeze once, then toss in.2. Dry on high. I don't recall if the instructions indicated, but I kept the dryer on permanent press.3. Take as long as you need, though the instructions say 20 min. I found 20 was enough, but everyone's dryer is different.4. Take them out when they're hot still. The weight of them will help straighten them out when they're hung on the rod still warm5. Don't put more than 3 drapery panels in the dryer at once. They need room to roll around in there.I think they look pretty good. I needed something to block the cold on the west "wind" side of my Buffalo NY home. 12/11/2010
    Nice I really like these curtains. I got the dark brown and they really block the light and make the room like nice. The only thing I don't like is that they were very wrinkled and you can't iron them. I had to get a steamer and steam the wrinkles out. 11/23/2010
