Rated 4 out of 5★ by Difference between 9780316206648 & 9780316120913 To anyone else who may be wondering what the difference is between 9780316206648 & 9780316120913 - two seemingly idential books, with two different ISBN numbers are priced differently (and different sizes), it's the same book, BUT:This one (the 9780316206648 ISBN one#, is a "mass market paperback", which include the same content, but the books are a smaller size, and may have a printing and paper quality that's less than the normal paperback. These are traditionally sold in airprots, newpaper stands, etc., so this version #which usually comes out last - in this case May 2012 vs. Jan 2011#, cost a little less.The other book #the 9780316120913 one#, is the normal paperback, with usually the same quality of print and paper as a hardcover edition may be #although I don't think this book comes in hardcover#. So this paperback is usually priced a little higher than the mass market paperback version.About the book itself - the star reviews cannot be taken at face value, for I am writing this review after reading just a few "pages" into the Kindle free sample, and was confused when I went to purchase a physical copy of the book #in case it's so good I want to loan it to a friend#. Just thought others may want to know why one is priced $1.90 less than the other. When I am finished with the book, I will update my review to include a review of the contents of the book itself. Rated 5 out of 5★ by After seeing this on a very popular tv show I had to try it. This book is worth it, I have tried to loose weight and failed every time. I am still on it, you will not be hungry on this diet. I have lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks. I would lose more but there are some things I will not stop eating so I am happy with my progress, Could not have done it without it. 08/02/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Lose weight easily, feeling full and healthy I saw Dr. Joel on the Dr. Oz show and was very impressed with all I heard so ordered this book and am very glad I did. It's easy to read, full of motivating weight loss success stories and cites many studies and explanations of why his recommended way of eating is so beneficial for our bodies and our health. It teaches a new way of thinking about food and it reverses the common FDA food pyramid which I found surprising but very do-able! I love how I feel eating this way and believe it will be the final key to help me deal with so much extra weight. I always thought I needed protein 3x day but by using more peas beans and lentils, nuts and seeds, I feel wonderful eating healthy foods with way less calories. Now I eat more soups ad salads and way less meat and starches. This book makes really good sense! 11/01/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by The book is written with all factual reasonings behind it. I was impressed with how it all ties together to give you a sound approach to a new and healthfull way of eating. Dr. Fuhlman's insight is easily understood and gives you the tools one needs to get started on a better track of eating. After two days on the program (and I did not follow it to the tee) I lost 3 pounds. 12/20/2012

I first read this book from my local library and went on the strict six-week diet of eating all the fruits and leafy green vegetables I wanted. The key is to eat food that has high nutritional value. I lost 32 pounds.Even more important than losing weight is learning about the good and bad types of foods. Even if you never change your eating habits, you owe it to yourself to become aware of the nutritional value of what you eat.I bought multiple copies of the book for family members. 02/14/2013

The book is blunt, easy to follow, up-front, and best of all if followed, it works :) This is not a 'diet', these are instructions, and encouragement to change your life.It's not easy, but if you commit your life will change. 03/04/2013
