Rated 4 out of 5 by Southerngalsrock The cotter pins If my husband hadn't been here to tell me how to work the cotter pins, I would have been on the phone with WM asking for my money back because I would have never guessed nor is it stated anywhere that you are supposed to do anything other than separate them. The key is after pulling them apart you bend 1 side in one direction and the other side in the opposite direction. Also if you leave off a washer, the wheels won't spin. I followed the directions and feel that the cart will last for several years.The SMELL: imagine B.O. without the body. Unimanagible, reeking, disgusting rotting flesh + burning rubber smell. The unopened box smelled up my house and was only in the house for 4 hours. Every room stank of it. It was Mythical! I did a search on rubber tires and saw how they cure this prob with rubber mats. I washed them in bleach. I then soaked them for more than 2 days in a bucket of vinegar and water outside. I left them in the yard to be sun & rained on. After a week they didn't smell as bad but we are keeping the cart on the back porch.Is this a good enough reason not to buy the cart? No. The smell can be taken care of with about a week. I was disappointed that the cart was scratched up a little. I slapped some red fingernail polish on a couple of spots and it was a good repair. 05/13/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by doddiewap When I ordered this shopping cart I had a piece missing for the bottom part I called the # on the invoice and also spoke with the company from Brooklyn ny Lorie she sent me out the correct piece. I was thinking about ordering the bag that goes inside the cart haven't come to a decision as of yet. 10/16/2012
