For non-coated skillet, add one tablespoon vegetable oil or coat with non-stick cooking spray before preparing. 1. pour contents of bag into skillet. 2. cover And cook over high heat 5 minutes; remove cover. Stir And re-cover. 3. reduce heat to medium And continue cooking 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
