The bag has a lot of compartment which comes in handy... Also the shoulder straps are well padded for more support. This is actually my second backpack in this model.

Great Quality

This book bag is for my sixth grade son who has to carry two 3 inch binders filled to capacity. This bag has room for the binders and more! There are several compartments for water, tablet, cell phone or school supplies, etc. It gives great support on his shoulders, as well as, his back. This is the second Eastport bag I have purchased and the first lasted for two years before I bought this one. You can't go wrong with this brand!!!

Great Buy!

I was looking for a backpack to replace a worn duffle bag that served me well for several years. This more than met my expectations; it has many pockets for organization, and is great for going to the gym or otherwise. It has a "tablet pocket" in the back, which I found great for putting folders and notebooks, in conjunction with using the main pocket for clothes. I project that this bag will also serve well for years to come.
