Rated 1 out of 5 by pcca I purchased this game table and, as per the enclosed instructions, made sure all parts were there. I was missing three parts. One was the folding piece that laid on top of the table so that ping pong could be played. The poles that held the net on the ping pong table were missing also. I called EastPoint as per instructions and told them what I was missing and was told the parts would be shipped. Approximately an hour later I receive a call from a representative from East Point and was told they do not replace the table top and that this was stated in the enclosed instructions. I read the paragraph regarding"replacing" the tabletop and called back and told them that they were not replacing the top - the top was not in the box when delivered. I was told that either way they could not send me the table top because they do not carry any replacements for them and that I should call Walmart and get another table. I could not find a telephone number on the internet page and the page did not cover having something picked up - only returning by mail. I finally found a telephone number and called to exchange the table. I ws told that walmart did not have any in stock but they did credit me and made arrangement to pick up the item. I called East Point and asked if I could buy one directly from them but they could not sell directly to me. I find it poor business for a company to sell a product and not be able to replace missing parts when necessary expecially when they stress that the purchaser go through all parts before assembly to make sure everything is there. Now I have a disappointed grandson. 12/04/2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by HALFCENT1956 this product is an awful way to waist money. when trying to put ours together on xmas eve the legs were improperly drilled.. walmart only carries the item for a xmas sale and it was already given as a gift money down the drain cause there no way to use the other features... DO NOT BUY THIS...TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WAIST 12/26/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Lotsofdoghair Frame busted We did not try to put together the table until after Christmas but when we did the frame was busted . Walmart does not have any more and I have a very sad son. It's sad to see all the other reviews that had the same problem. I will not buy any Christmas special item again. 12/29/2012
