Rated 4 out of 5 by GDHP High protein, low calorie, tastes good Eas Myoplex was recommended by my Doctor. He felt that it was the best of the lower calorie protein drinks, and I agree. Of all the flavors, the Chocolate Fudge is the best and most satisfying in my opinion. Compared to the plain chocolate it is much richer. Its flavor is sweet enough to satisfy that craving without being too sweet. I use it as a meal replacement and it does a good job of curbing my appetite.Eas makes other good protein drinks. They have a thicker and very filling shake-like product, but it has twice the calories of the Lite. Overall, I am very satisfied, although it is expensive. Wal Mart's price was better than I've found anywhere else, and as always the ordering process and delivery was easy and problem-free. 08/31/2011
