It is a wonderful addition to my kitchen and has created a tighter work triangle which has increased efficiency and ease. It took about 2+ hours to assemble which I planned for after reading previous reviews. I was happy I listened to the note: Do not tighten all screws until (mostly) completed. One downfall, the drawer is too difficult to open do to an inner piece of wood being a little to large, so I do not use the drawer. However, the doors and shelf below provide ample storage. The leaf is sturdy and provides the extra space I need to work - larger than many others I reviewed before my purchase. 09/04/2010

Me and my husband put it together in 2 hours with no problem. We read the directions carefully, and it went smoothly. It looks really nice and seems to be pretty strong.
