good stuff I bought the fruit drinkables first and liked that a lot, as I don't get in a lot of fruit during the day and I'm sensative to sugar so can't over do it. I shared it with my husband and we both noticed that we felt a bit better and even had more energy. I like to mix a serving in 32 oz. of water and a packet of Wyler's sugar free lemonaid. I then bought the fruit and vegetable drinkables. This one's good too, though you have to drink twice as much to get the daily allowance as the fruit drinkable...in turn it costs twice as much and has become expensive for my husband and I both to use it. I recommend it, but a reg. bottle only lasts two weeks for one person. On the upside, I've looked everywhere for something comparable and this is about as good as it gets for the price & the product. Tastes really good!!! I don't get enough fruits and vegetables as most of us don't. I feel good about only having to take 1 ounce and still get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I also try to eat other vegetables and fruits through out the day. I know that I don't get the amount I should though, so this helps.I think children would like this too. 10/04/2011
