No it does not. just the tool and a tool kit with bits and such

No it doesn't. It has the small accessory case but not the case to store the whole thing in.

Mine did not come with any type of case, but I had an older model that was cordless and wouldn't hold a charge anymore, so I've retired it and used the case that came with it, which was actually a small bag.

No, it doesn't. The accessories are in a case. I use a lunch box to keep it all together.

Does this model come with the storage case?

This tool comes with the 1/8" collet and collet nut.

It comes with a collett, the size is one eighth inch, but you can get a collett that fits all sizes the number for that is 4486.

It Has colletts. I believe they come with a 5/16 standard, but you can change sizes if you can find them. I use 3/32 colletts for standard podiatry burrs. Now you can install a Quick chuck collett that can be adjusted to fit any size, again, if you can find them. But with the internet, it is a little easier-

Yes. But you have to be careful, because some come with more than you really need. You just have to choose the one with the right amount of accessories. You don't want to be stuck with a whole bunch of parts you don't need. Probably better to buy the one with the least accessories, and buy the ones (accessories) you do need seperatley.

I bought the dremel to use on my one dogs nails. She is an American Staffy and had very hard, large nails. The normal pet grinders can't do the job...and with my Rheumatism my hands are not strong enough to use the clippers. I had ordered a cordless model but Walmart was out of them and subbed a corded one. I was a little upset by that at first but soon realized the corded will work just as well if not better...at least I dont have to worry if it's charged or not. To make a long story longer...lol...the dremel does an amazing job and my dogs are much happier. I highly recommend this tool.

Works great on my dogs nails

This is one of the best possessions I own! The things you can do with this tool are endless.  The accessories that came with my kit, along with the ones I've picked up, have taken the place of multiple, bulky other hand tools. There's not too much that I can't do with my my new Dremel!  My one and only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner!

Love this dremel better than my old one.

I bought the Dremel 3000 variable speed with the engraving bits to use in making polymer clay stamps.  I first etch out a mold and use the dremel for that purpose.  It works great!!  The variable speed makes it easy to control the work I am doing.  Very happy with my purchase!!

This Dremel is a really nice multi-tool and comes in handy in a pinch. As well as for hobbies, which it's even more suited for. It feels hefty in weight and feels really well made. They conveniently provide a number of bits, along with a booklet that explains their purposes, how to use them, and other types of bits, which on its own is very helpful.

A really handy hobby/small repair tool

No batteries to look for......
I've used this to sharpen my Husqvarna hedge trimmers which I've had for several years and use on a very large hedge 3-4 times a year  and they were in desperate need of sharpening. After getting used to the process, it was quick and easy. Also sharpened my wife's garden pruners....(they look like new. So I'd say it already paid for itself in saving my tools!
