Rated 5 out of 5 by goldwing1985 Excellent starter rotary tool for the money. This is my second rotary tool. Excellent tool for the money for starters. Two speeds. Low for detailed work, high for sanding, polishing, cutting ect. If you want more intraquate work done, buy a variable speed tool. If your just starting out, you cannot go wrong with this tool. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ROTARY TOOL. 03/20/2013
