To sanitize anddeodorize hard, non-porous surfaces: spray until thoroughly wet. Letstand for 10 seconds. Then wipe. For heavily soiled areas or surfaces, aprecleaning is required. To inhibit mold And mildew on hard, non-poroussurfaces: pre-clean first. Spray until thoroughly wet. Allow surface toremain wet for 3 minutes. Then wipe. Reapply at weekly intervals or whennew growth appears. Rinse food contact surfaces with tap water. Unplugelectrical appliances before using. *Kills 99.9% Of household bacteriain 10 seconds: escherichia coli (E. coli), salmonella enterica(salmonella), staphylococcus aureus (staph), streptococcus pyogenes(strep), listeria monocylogenes (listeria).

Worked great Used this in my shower. There was no standing water but the water had been going down slowly for a few days. This had happened once before and the product I used, can't remember exactly which one but it was a name brand, didn't work at all. I didn't have much hope for this but it worked great. I used the whole bottle but it worked great.I highly recommend it. 11/11/2010

Use this in a motel. Secret: remove water pour in the whole bottle and let it sit over night. Next morning fill a bucket of HOT water and pour it down the drain. (you need some pressure to push the gunk out). This product has NEVER failed me 12/23/2011
