Rated 5 out of 5 by NanaGreat Useful product I bought it for my mom's severely arthritic hands. The warmth felt really good and left her hands smooth and soft, too. The only drawback that I could find is that it takes 90 minutes to melt the wax. In this world of instant gratification, that seems like a long time. 05/18/2011

I thought for the price and the reviews this would be a great one, but ended up with a huge mess! The melted paraffin leaked out the bottom all over the counter! After more research I found out this is the updated version of this model and the older model had several complaints about the same problem. I decided to give it another chance and exchanged it. Hopefully I wont find another counter full of wax!! 11/14/2010

I don't even plan to exchange it for another. I guess I got what I paid for. If I buy another, it will be a professional grade model. 05/23/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Happdog Good for the Price! Good item for the price. Takes a really long time for the wax to melt. Too long. Timing issues, planning is needed to fit this treatment into any schedule. Hands do feel softer after just 3 uses. 3 lbs of wax does not provide a deep enough bath for a good dip. I have to dip my hands in both palms up and palms down in order to get the backs of my hands covered in the wax. Have ordered more wax for a deeper bath. I've read this machine leaks... so far all is fine, the red light stopped working after the first use. Would buy another one if this breaks, especially for the low price! 05/03/2011
