OK insoles, No directions These orthotic insoles are heavily advertised, even in Alaska, where we cannot find them. I finally found a center in a WalMart while on vacation back East, they did not have the 440 insoles the machine recommended. I ordered them online. They come with no real instructions about how to use them, and they do not cover the full length of my feet (size 14EE) so I also have to keep the original insoles inside the shoes, which makes them feel like I am wearing lifts in my shoes...don't need more altitude. 07/15/2010
Just bought them I just purchased dr scholles orthotic. I have had alot of heel pain Not sure what it is. I have had it for a couple of months . My achilles tendon was bothering me that I couldnt walk at first now its my heel pain that wont go away I was told to try these its been only 4 days 02/16/2012
shoe inserts while they appear to help your feet they do not seem to be as durable as they should be for the price. They are soft rubber and in a few weeks time seem to already be showing signed of wear. the size I needed was CF 440 which no store in my town (4) had in stock, had to buy on line and paid more then the store cost. Im afraid these will ponly last 2-3 months might be better off buying a orthodic from another source 11/12/2010
I bought these for my son to offer support in his sneakers because he runs track. He has very flat feet. He is very satisified with the comfort and support they give. 05/21/2012
