- Directions For Use: For Best Results, Use On Clean, Dry Feet. Before First Use, Attach Smoothing Pad to Bottom of Outside Cover. Hold Dr. Scholl's For Her Smooth My Sole Micro File In Either Hand and Use Gentle Pressure Moving Back and Forth to Remove Dry, Rough Skin. Stop Use Immediately If Skin Becomes Irritated Or If Any Pain Is Felt. Use Smoothing Pad to Buff and Finish. Replace Pads As Needed. Empty Skin Shavings Into The Trash and Wash Micro File With Hot Soapy Water After Every Use. Dry Thoroughly Before Storage.

It catches everything it scrapes off and after about 2 uses and the overnight foot cream Dr. Scholl's offers, my feet were beautiful! This is much cheaper than a professional pedicure! 03/19/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by inSANEmom Great for Rough Heels This is the first product that really helped my disgustingly rough heels. I walk barefoot as often as possible. This means my heels get torn up. With about 5 minutes of "work" my heels are nice and smooth. I've been using "in-the-shower" products for a long time and nothing worked. This is used on dry skin and worked like a charm. 12/29/2012
