High Quality, Good Price This bed was a nightmare to put together; it is definitely a two-man job. One of the screw holes in the bed was not threaded, so we had to go out and purchase a $4 drill bit, but it worked great.Overall, we are very happy with the bed. My 8-year-old did make a comment about it being squeaky the first night, but hasn't said anything about it since. You will probably need a desk lamp, though, since the bed itself blocks a lot of light to the desk area. 10/25/2010

6 year olds bed Wanted a bed to give younger son more floor space. Looked at much more expensive beds but went with this due to reviews and price. Figured if he did not like it we were not out as much. He loves it. It takes a little while to assemble. I did it by myself, I'd suggest 2 people for convenience. Sturdy and looks good. Keep an eye on weight limits if your kids are older. 08/12/2010
