Rated 1 out of 5 by NurseandMommyof4 Arrived chipped and splintered After waiting two weeks for site to store pickup on this bed, I went and picked it up. My 5 year old was so excited to get this bed. When we opened the box (which didnt look bad from the outside) we found the bed splintered and the wood chipped on two different pieces. When I called the store I was told that I could drive back to the store to return it for a refund but I would then have to reorder the bed online and wait an additional two weeks or more for delivery. They were so rude and my daughter still doesnt have a bed. 04/08/2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by mom2girls0001 Just got the bed, and put it together in about 30 minutes without any problem. My daughter is so excited for the bed and couldn't wait to sleep on it tonight. I do agree with a previous review that it really does need a box spring although the slats do support the mattress well-enough without. 07/28/2012
