Rated 3 out of 5 by Gypsyson Received the package on time but I was not satisfied with the quality of the tripod. One leg is longer than the others so all the pictures I took using this tripod were crooked. The retratable legs are kinda sticky too. Called Wayfair customer service and asked for a replacement, it came days 2 later with no extra shipping cost. The lady that I talked to was very understanding and very professional indeed. 12/14/2012
