cracked the box came and i opened it. the frame had a hair line crack in .it is going back.They packed it on the bottom of the box. i was not to happy 08/02/2010
Great product; Poor service I had this item shipped from site to store. It was beautiful. Only, it was in TWO PIECES when I received it. Apparently, the handling of it wasn't very gentle. I guess that's the price you pay for free shipping. If I knew it would make it to me in one piece, I would definitely purchase the item again. However, I will NEVER have anything fragile shipped from site to store again!!!! 11/14/2010
The ink pad for the product needs to be replace because I need the prints and they were extremely light they need to be darker for a better looking print. 11/18/2010
Was very disappointed upon picking up product. The frame came broken down the middle. I also ordered the matching name plaque and was pleased with the looks of it, but had to reorder and will not receive in time for the baby shower I bought it for 09/13/2010
