Rated 4 out of 5 by guestlady Height issue does resolve... Ok so I bought this walker before reading all the reviews because my neice has the older version and she loves it! When I put my 6 month old daughter in it, she did not touch the ground. She is 26.5" tall and her feet were about 1" from the ground on the low setting. I know its a good walker and I only needed it for about an hour a day while I prepared meals for my family, so I kept it thinking she would grow into it soon. I have had it for a week and a half now and her feet now touch the ground. The material in the seat has some give and stretch in it. She now scoots around the house and loves it. The toys are wonderful for her and better than most walkers. I'd recommend it if you have a little patience :) 09/04/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lilybuglove 7 month old LOVES it! HEIGHT IS ADJUSTABLE! I started putting my baby in this when she was 3 months old, she didn't touch the floor just yet so I would put a pillow for her to stand on so she could play. Around 6 months my brother (who passed the walker down to me) showed me how you can adjust the height, and wouldn't you know, he lowered it and she touched the floor perfectly! So I would try to adjust the height out of the 3 settings it has to see if your little one reaches...more than likely they will. Now that she touches the floor she has mastered walking around in it and she'll follow me around the house playing with the toys. And as far as durability, like I said, my brother passed this down to me when his little one grew out of it and it's still in perfect condition! My daughter loves her walker and I would highly recommend this to anyone! 08/09/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by ShanteBee DON'T BUY THIS. It's way to tall my son can't even enjoy it. The toys are nice but, buying a WALKER and your son can't even touch the ground to move makes me very mad. Its pointless and donesnt help your child learn how to walk at all. Even at the lowest level your child would have to be superhuman to reach. 12/29/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by HannahJ247 Crooked Seat Pad I bought this walker used at a resale shop and thought it was a really good buy until I started to notice my 6 month old could only touch with his left foot. So I started looking at it closely and saw that the left side of the seat hung lower than the right. Called the company and they sent a brand new seat pad and I followed all the instructions on taking out the old one and replacing it with the new one to find out it has the same problem!!When I called them back all they kept saying was you can't really trust buying a used one because you don't know whats happend to it,even though they sent me a brand new one that has the same problem. I would not recomend getting this walker because of its DEFECTIVE(they don't beleive me that it is)prodcut and the fact they don't have very good customer service and rareley ever answer your calls and you have to leave your number for them to call you back when there ready to. 08/28/2012
