Rated 4 out of 5 by jobee68 Great bed I bought the bed for my grandson and he was SO happy when he saw it and has LOVED sleeping in it. He likes going in the tent to read or play as well. NOT easy to put together (I had to get the hubby to do it and even he said instructions hard to follow). Unfortunately the bed has only been in use for a month and 2 of the cross poles for the tent have broken. I am contacting the manufacturer to see about getting replacements as the tent feature was what sold me on this bed (and the best part seeing the reaction from my grandson)! 01/20/2012

Although ordering this product from walmart.com plus the cars toy storage bin was a bit of a hassle, it was well worth it. The checkout system was all messed up, but we got the bed and the bin very quickly. My husband and I put them together on christmas eve so our son could wake up to his brand new cars room. He ran straight to the cars toy bin and started playing with some of his new cars toys he got from his grandma, then he checked out the bed...he loves it. It was pretty easy to put together, but when we got to putting the last screw it, the part that it was suppose to go in didnt fit properly, it didnt make or break the bed, we are gonna call for a replacement part though just to make sure it stays sturdy,......The toy bin was a great purchase as well!!! all in all Im very glad we purchased these!!! 12/28/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by CJLPlus2 Great bed, tent O.K. My two year old started climbing out of his crib, so we knew it was time to move on to something else. He's still a young two so I thought a tent bed might be just the ticket to keep him from roaming around... the bed is fabulous and surprisingly very sturdy. The tent is also wonderful, but unfortunately cheaply constructed. After using the bed for all of two days, one of the tent poles broke at the joint where two of the pieces join (like an adult tent pole) because they are constructed of PLASTIC. My son is actually very gentle with the tent (surprise!) doing no more than merely climbing in and out of the opening and yet the pole nearest the foot board has broken. When I called the manufacturer I was told by a terrifically rude customer service representative that replacement parts are not available for this bed/tent (purchased Nov. 2011) and I could just return the bed and purchase another. I didn't accept her response and demanded to speak to a manager. After being placed on hold, the same representative told me that I could be put on the wait list for parts (available sometime at the end of January 2012).All-in-all it's a great bed for the price, but the tent poles really could be better constructed especially given the little ones the tent beds are intended for. 11/29/2011
