This you is amazing my son loves it. It really brings Mater to life with the mouth movement I love all the functions and movement. 01/16/2012
Initial impressions is that Mater is a good sized toy. Mater reminds me of the old M.A.S.K. toys in that he looks like a regular, old tow truck with a bunch of hidden features. He's got a bomb on him engine, missiles on the side, and turbo packs on the back. Pressing certain buttons activates these gadgets and then you can simply press them back in. The only downside of the toy is that there is a wheel in the middle that makes him turn. So the front wheels are more decoration than anything. Other than that, it's a solid toy. 01/20/2012
Great for most ages My sister bought this for her granson who is around 2 and my son bought this for his son who is 4. They both love this car and played with it for a long time when they got it. 01/09/2012
Mater is a hit! I was upset to see the price of mater when my son showed so much interest in it before Christmas. I decided not to get it for him and go for more reasonably priced toys. Every time we went in and saw it he told me how much he wanted it. I had to return a duplicate yesterday to walmart and I decided to go back to toys to see if I could find him something of equal price around $30. Then I noticed some toys in a clearance area. This toy was one of them. I got it for $34.88. He was so happy. I again was so excited. He got what he really had wanted and I didn't have to worry about the price. Mater is really cute. He tells you to pull his tail hook and then he farts. He dances in a little circle and runs a little on a hard floor. He talks and moves his eyes. I am always excited about deals. However I don't think it should have been so highly priced in the first place. 01/08/2012
