Very satisfied...so far I had some mixed feelings about buying this vaccum , because the first one I bought, worked well the first two times or so, and then it was not picking up anything.I am very satisfied with this one! Works great. My carpet is relatively thick, but this thing picks up just about everything! Easy to empty and clean out filter.Only disadvantage is that its kinda loud.You definitely get the bang for your buck! - Highly recommended!!!If anything changes, I will definitely update! :) 04/04/2012
