I ONLY OWNED THE VACUUM FOR 5 MONTHS, THE HOSE HAS BROKEN, ONE WHEEL HAS BROKEN OFF, AND DID I MENTION THE MESSSSS WITH A BAGLESS VACUUM. AFTER YOU CLEAN OUT THE VACUUM YOU WILL HAVE TO VACUUM AGAIN FROM ALL THE DUST THAT FLIES EVERYWHERE. SO MUCH DUST IS CAUGHT IN THE HOSE THE VACUUM HARDLY SUCKS UP ANY MORE DIRT. THE ATTACHMENTS ARE HORRIBLE, HOSE IS WAY TO SHORT. THE CORD FOR THE VACUUM IS ALSO TOO SHORT, I HAVE TO UNPLUG AND MOVE 2 TIMES IN A 1BEDROOM APT. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!!! 03/24/2010

It is stretched to the absolute limit in order to reach the back of the couch and chairs, and in some spots will not even reach at all. 05/07/2013

We have had expensive vacuum cleaners in the past andthey didn't last long for the price. This may outlast the others. I don't remember them working as welll as this one in picking up dirt in the carpet! 04/30/2013
