MOGO DVD player car mount i think this product is great! it clipped right around the two headrests in my subaru tribeca with ease. it did not slip off or create any problems. i have an 18 month old and we took a 12 hour road trip to the outer banks. my daughter is pretty fussy in the car on a regular basis and this really helped keep her occupied for at least half of the ride each way. it is slightly bouncy, but nothing that would take away from being able to watch what program was on. she was entertained and we were happy! i would say this is a great buy! 09/08/2009
Useful It's a platform that sits betwen the headrests. Nothing spectacular, but it does it's job. The only issue that I have with it is that it is set up so that that the keyboard is indended to face towards the back seat (which would certainly be normal). However, we have a young kids (3 & 5 years old). They can't change the DVD player, esp seat-belted in as they should be. So we have a DVD player with a swivel screen, the screen faces back, and keyboard faces towards the front seat, so my wife can swap DVDs from the front seat. System works great. I only wish that this plat-form thing had some sort of lock so that it doesn't matter which way the closures on the headrests were. At this point, if we stop suddenly, the potential is that it could smack me in the back of the head due to the closures. Granted, this is better than flying the other way, and flying towards my children. But a FULL CLOSURE would be ideal. So I give this 80%. 01/16/2010
Great Price I saw this product on several websites and in a few stores. Best Buy was selling the exact product for about double the price. Walmart's price was the best and I like the Site to Store pickup.It's a decent product for holding a portable DVD player in a car. Our DVD players had other attachments that broke, so we had to buy a new one and this works pretty well. For the price, I would say it meets expectations. 09/25/2010
great for long trips Worked great for our 15 hour road trip. Can be set up and taken down within about a minute. Was at a great level for my kids...they didn't have to look down to see (like some other mounts I considered). The only issue was that I couldn't walk to the back of the mini-van without taking down the mount. And I also thought it was a bit pricey for the simplicity of it.
