Dickies - Men's Cargo Shorts 38 51
Description could be better I was disappointed with the material. The description did not accurately describe the material that the product was made from and you cannot tell from the picture. 09/21/2010
My son was pleased !! My son is a big boy and finding size 42 in a long cargo short is hard. And finding a good price is also hard. I saw these on-line and decided to buy my son a couple of pair for work as he is not exactly well-to-do and mom wanted to help as a surprise. I was worried whether or not he would like them. His response was "Hey, these are the shorts I always buy for work when I can. They are the only brand I really like". Well mom hit a home run. Helped out with something he really needed and could use and appreciate. My son has been buying these over the years and said they wear really well, for a long time and wash up great every time. And he didn't bother to try them on. Said, Dickies in his size always fit the same, and has never had a problem. I am so pleased with this purchase. 08/31/2010
With a Dickie patch on the back, I expected better I was disappointed in the overall aspect of these shorts. With the Dickies name behind them, I thought they would have been good to go. The best feature was the length of the shorts, I liked that. On the negative side was the lack of extra pockets. These are supposed to be cargo pants, i.e. many pockets for the things you need to carry when you are doing what you do. Also, if you like a bit more room then you might want to go up one size in the waist. They fit true but the extra room is good for when you ate a bit much at the local Golden Corral. Almost forgot to mention the belt loops. They are too tight/small for a regular sized belt. It took much to long to put on my belt as I had to squeeze the belt to get it through. The loops needed to be a bit wider. While I will wear them, I won't be able to use them as I had planned. 11/20/2011
The sizing of these shorts is approximately 4 sizes off. I ordered what should have fit my husband and another pair from a different maker the exact same size. However, he could not get these up over his legs. Have to go to the trouble of returning them and since I did not have time to get new ones before they were needed then had to go to the trouble of getting a refund. If you order these and say you were a 32 inch waist you had better order a 38 they are that far off. 11/02/2011
