Has a 13" inseam This is one of the few (only) pair of shorts I have found that comes close to fitting my Very Tall, Very Slim husband (6'7" with a 40" inseam). They run true to size the only thing he doesn't like about them are the front pockets - they are shallow and things can fall out of them. The fabric wears and washes very well. I just hope Dickies keeps making them. 06/09/2011
